Some of the different areas that I’m talking about are; sex preference, location, age, etc. Is your website going to be purely for men to find women and vice versa or are you going to have your dating website made so that it can be used by anyone. The same thing goes for age. Most dating websites don’t specify by age, but a few do. You need to decide if you want your dating website to pertain to singles of all ages or a specific group.

The last example I gave was location. This is actually one of your most important decisions. You need to figure out if your going to be only available to people from a certain city or state, or available to the whole nation. Going with the option to have your dating website available to people in the whole nation instead of just a certain city or state is going to mean a lot more people using the site. This sounds good because it means that you’ll be getting paid more for the memberships but you’ll also have a whole slew of people to take care of and make sure that they get matched up with the right people who are in their area and all that. It’s definitely a bigger job than a start out dating website could probably handle. I would suggest starting out in a city or state and then moving your way up when you think you can handle more people. There may be a time when you have to hire people to manage all the extra work that you won’t be able to as one person. Try and think smart and your dating website will go far.
