How do I get listings on my website?
It depends. If you are just trying to put your own listings online then we will set you up with the ability to add / edit / remove your own listings which will include the pictures, address info, descriptions, pricing, and so on. Since most agents do not typically have hundreds of listings there is little need for search tools and the material can easily be managed and organized by you. If you are trying to display the entire MLS, we can do that too. We work with an IDX provider who can resell a portion of the MLS so that the results local to your marketplace are available. You typically pay a monthly fee for the service, allowing you to lease the result display on your site. We take care of the design as well as any other programming that is necessary.
How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
The real estate web design solutions we put together vary in cost. Typically, the website portion runs somewhere between $1,000.00 and $5,000.00. It could be less or it could be more. It just depends. The larger and more involved the website ends up being the more expensive it becomes. Our team will help you figure everything out. We also offer finance options for the real estate industry and you should keep in mind that your website is an investment, not an expense.
