How We Build Our Social Media Marketing Plans

If you are serious about social media marketing, you need a plan crafted just for you.

Each and every social media marketing plan we develop starts out by just having a simple phone call. We learn about you, your business, and your goals. We then proceed by crafting and executing a plan designed to help you reach them no matter how small or large your business may be. Our plan options are below.

Plan 1

(SM1) Profile Setup and Design

We will set up or redesign three social media accounts, including a cohesive theme from elements found on your website and/or additional info you provide.

Plan Highlights

» Includes our team inputting all profile information and content

Additional Details

Should we be the party hosting your webmail we will create an email account dedicated to your social media accounts. The login information for this account will be provided to you upon completion of all tasks. If we are not hosting your site with us we will require you to create or grant us access to an email address to create these profiles. Alternatively, we will create a Gmail account and provide you the login details once complete.

Investment Amount: $500.00 (one time)

Plan 2

(SM2) Calendar Creation

Includes SM1 (plan 1) + we will create a social media calendar. We do this by taking your ideas, our ideas, company info, and the research we conduct on your industry and competitors. It will consist of weekly/daily suggested content and details on to integrate everything for proper execution.

Scheduled Calendar Content May Include

Additional Details

Once the calendar is created we will discuss any questions or revisions you may have. We also work with your business so that we can incorporate any elements you feel should be part of your ongoing social media efforts.

Plan 3

(SM3) Profile Plan Management

Includes SM1 (plan 1) and SM2 (plan 2) + we will manage the social media activities for one month. Most of our clients continue to use our management services after the first month as well. See our social media management section for more details.

» Posting content on your company's behalf as per the schedule
» Monitoring activity and responding to them when necessary
» Liking / Following appropriate users
» Basic profile design maintenance (1-2 new pics added per week)

Additional Details

If a comment requires someone with a more in-depth knowledge of your company we will escalate the issue to you. Additionally, if you continue with our management services we will update the profiles at the beginning of the month on your behalf.

Monthly Social Profile ReDesigns Open or Close

Service Summary: We will re-design the main images of three social profiles to go along with new content or theme that is submitted to us.

Investment Amount: $250.00 (per month / instance needed)

Securing Social Network Profiles Open or Close

Service Summary: Not all social networks are the right fit for every client. With that said, social media changes all the time. We suggest setting up profiles for all widely used social networks.

This is an effort to stop social squatters and to secure the same, if not very similar, usernames for all accounts. If and when your company decides to include these social networks into your social media plans you will already have the desired username.

Once the profile is secured we will enter general profile information such as physical location (if one exists), about, website address, and generalized branding on the page (logos and images that have been provided to us; no custom design work). We include profiles for facebook, google+, twitter, pinterest, youtube, instagram, vimeo, and vine as part of this service.

Investment Amount: $250.00 (one time)

Social App Integration Open or Close

Service Summary: The setup of different applications (apps) on Facebook may incur additional costs if significant work is necessary. Example apps include things like unique contests, page tabs, forms, contests, and so on.
